THE REPAIR PROCESS
Repair estimation
One of our estimators will go over the damage to your car with you ensuring all damage caused by the accident is entered into our FlexiQuote computer quoting system, where a detailed estimate will determine the cost of the repair. This estimate is then emailed to you or lodged directly into your insurance companies system.
Insurance Approval
Once an insurance assessor has inspected our detailed estimate (usually by a desktop assessment), we can order the parts and schedule your vehicle for repair. Once your vehicle is dropped off at our workshop one of our highly skilled panel beaters will disassemble your car in preparation for any panel replacement or body repairs. He will then carry out the repairs necessary to bring your vehicle back to factory specifications.
Refinish
When your vehicle reaches our paint shop one of our highly qualified spray painters will sand and prime the repair areas in preparation for the paint refinish process. Paint preparation is a critical step in the refinishing process. We use and recommend Glasurit Paint system which is applied in our Monarch Temperature Controlled spray bake oven, where we consistently achieve a perfectly matched deep brilliant high gloss finish.

PRIVATE SMASH REPAIRS
We regularly undertake private repair work for clients who are not covered by an insurance policy. Depending on the cost of the repairs, we might ask for a deposit upfront to cover the cost of parts.
